Delicious food! Fresh, tasty and authentic. We had a variety of appetizers and couldn't even make it to entrees we were so full! Highly recommend the vegetarian appetizer platter and the cauliflower fritter. Will definitely eat here again!
We loved it. Started with Jerusalem salad, and it was perfect. He served it with my sides ordered of hummus and tabbouleh along with pickled garlic carrots, garlic sauce, and another one? Delicious. I order chicken shwarma with rice and he had a gyro with fries. Was a late lunch and our dinner tonight 😋
Was so looking forward to this but am disappointed. We were mid lunch & dinner so opted for the gyro and the chicken swarms (sp?). Food came out just warm, not nice and hot. The gyro didn’t have much taste and could have used more sauce. The chicken had a nice curry flavor but was pretty dry. Was hoping to get to try the different dips/sauces but I imagine you only get that with dinner.
First time trying Beyt Lahm and we will definitely be back. We got mansef and a chicken shawarma sandwich and we got hummus and all the sauces and fresh pita came with it. The same guy took our order and prepared our food, so it wasn't super fast. But the wait wasn't long and the food was really good. We left completely full and with some leftovers.
A great experience. This is a solid choice for Israel food. It is very tasty and I enjoyed every bite. The service is fast and friendly. You can tell the care that is in the food. I’d definitely come back and huge bonus on the hours!!
Food was incredible, fresh, and had large portions. I got the ribeye steak and kofta kebabs and my husband got lamb biryani. We also got baba ghanoush and a TON of sides that were delicious. We will definitely be back!
Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant had plenty of space and was overall clean. It has a very relaxed/casual vibe. The food was definitely the highlight- everything was hot and fresh. The bread was literally right out of the oven hot. I got the grilled chicken and it came out perfectly seasoned and juicy. The portions were large and I had plenty to take home for later. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be coming back to try more menu options!
Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch meal at Beyt Lahm (think the Biblical town, Bethlehem; literally meaning house of bread). This is a Mediterranean restaurant right off Fairfield that provided authentic and delicious food cooked in the Palestinian tradition of Mediterranean. We were seated, and immediately brought water and some fresh bread and dips. Our food, including the schwarma wrap, falafel wrap, and a Lamb Kebab platter with rice, hummus, and tabouli salad were all fresh and on point. The dessert given at the end was the perfect closer. The owner was hospitable and provided good service.
